Ingredients

    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1.0 cup, sliced Zucchini

Directions

Cut zucchini into fries. Dip in egg wash. Dip and parmesan cheese seasoned with garlic powder and pepper. Bacon 450-degree oven 10 minutes, flip Fries over and bake additional 10 minutes.
