    Very Good
    Used a better bun and I was still able to lower the calories: ciabatta bun (230 c), 3 fish sticks (172.5 c), 1 tbsp. light mayo (40 c), 1/4 c shredded lettuce (2 c) = 444.5 cal. Saved 59.8 cal. Three fish sticks fit perfectly across the bun - no need for a 4th. - 2/11/16
