Ingredients

2 tbsp Butter, salted
2 cup, sliced Zucchini and quartered
14 medium Mushrooms, fresh
4 clove Garlic, minced
3 tbsp Cream Cheese , softened
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese,finely grated
1/3 cup Sherry, dry
1 tbsp Parsley
Directions
In Medium Frying Pan:
1. Melt Butter
2. Add Garlic and saute for 2 minutes
3. Add Zucchini and Mushrooms, mix to coat and saute for 3 min
4. Add cream cheese and stir gently until melted and evenly distributed, bring to simmer
5. Stir in parmesan cheese
6. Add Sherry, and stir to distribute
7. Cook on low simmer until sauce thickens
Sever alone or over pasta, sprinkled with Parsley
Serving Size: Makes about 4 1/2 cup serviings
