    2.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    8.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1.0 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    1.0 tsp Ginger Root
    5.0 clove Garlic
    10.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    2.0 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    2.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    8.0 mushrooms Shiitake Mushrooms

Directions

Chop vegetables ginger and garlic. Sautee in pan before adding water and chicken stock, add chicken breasts and simmer for 2 hours strain broth and separate chicken. Add broth to bowl cut chicken and desired noodles and other toppings for ramen.
