Ingredients

    2.0 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    2.0 cup, chopped Kale
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 cup ice cubes

Directions

Add water first. Blend in carrots. Add ice and kale. Blend until smooth,add more water as necessary.
