Ingredients

    6 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
    1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)
    1 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
    10 grams Cilantro, raw
    1000 mL Tomato juice, with salt added
    1 lime yields Lime Juice
    4 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce (by CALEKU)
    .5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    2 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Chop all veggies to the size of a medium/ small dice and place in a non-metallic bowl. Add herbs and spices and mix well. Add wet ingredients and stir. Cover an chill at least 1 hour before serving (flavours improve with time). Store covered in fridge up to 3 days.
