Ingredients

2 serving Fried Pork Rind - Vinegar & Salt Flavor
    48 tsp Cheese-Parmesian Kraft
    3 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 clove Garlic
1 serving Annie's Naturals Consorzio Roasted Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp
    1 serving Egg white, large
18 oz chicken - great value chicken wing sections

Directions

Preheat oven to 325
Start with your chicken- Clean as usual
Then season your chicken as you'd like.
I used pepper, garlic pepper, Himalayan pink salt, paprika, and onion powder.
After seasoning your chicken add the egg white to the chicken and mix.

Crispy Coating
line a pan with foil.
In a blender/ food processer/ bullet/ ninja
add pork rinds
dried parsley
3/4 of shredded fresh Parmesan cheese (can be kraft but I used fresh shredded Parmesan cheese save the rest for later)
After blending ingredients until they are a fine coating dip chicken in coating until fully covered. Place of foiled pan. Spray with garlic oil (Lidl $1)

Cook until your desired amount of Crispy...about 40 minutes for me.

Sauce
In sauce pan on top of the stove - med low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients-butter, mayo, mustard, garlic, rest of the Parmesan(I blended the shredded Parmesan alone before adding it to the sauce).

Spoon sauce over the chicken, then put back in the oven for 10 minutes.
Enjoy!

Very low in carbs but calories are sort of high...however, I only eat 2 times a day and I made these into 3 servings. (4 wings)
