Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    3 clove Garlic
    .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    4 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 1tsp Sesame Oil
    .25 tsp Ginger, ground
    .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    2 Cups Brown Rice, Cooked

Directions

1. In a large skillet cook the ground beef and garlic breaking it into crumbles over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain and return to skillet.

2. In a small bowl whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes and pepper. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer until reduced and soaked into the meat, 5-10 mins.

3. Serve over hot rice.

Garnish Suggestions: Green Onions and Sesame Seeds.
Side Suggestions: Honey Roasted Carrots

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings, 4 oz of meat and 1/2 Cup of Rice Each
