Introduction

My husband and I both love this chili. We don't miss the beans. This can also made in a slow cooker. My husband and I both love this chili. We don't miss the beans. This can also made in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

    16 oz Ground beef
    1 large Onion chopped
    1 large bell pepper chopped
    2 cloves Garlic minced
    2 tbsp taco seasoning mix
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    1 can Crushed Tomatoes

Directions

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet then add the onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until the onions are transparent.Add taco seasoning mix, , salt and pepper. Add crushed tomatoes and simmer for 20 min.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings.
