Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Butter, salted
    2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
    1 Large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 Tbsp Water, tap
    .25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/8 tsp Garlic powder
    1/8 tsp Parsley, dried
    1/8 tsp Onion powder

Directions

Melt butter in coffee mug for 20 sec in microwave
Add coconut flour, baking powder and seasonings. Mix to incorporate with fork
Add egg, water, cheese and heavy whipping cream and mix until combined.
Microwave 3 minutes. Immediately remove and allow to cool for 2 mins.
Slice into 4 equal parts. Enjoy!
