    2.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1.0 small Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 cup Beans, black
    2.0 tbsp Hunt's Ketchup
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    1.0 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    21.0 gram Agave Nectar (Madhava) Organic Amber 1T=21g
    1.0 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Heat half the water in a skillet at onions bell pepper and saute cook through and remaining water with beans and sautee for 5 to 7 Minutes. Add tomato sauce ketchup nectar vinegar Worcestershire sauce mustard garlic and cook for 15 minutes and then serve on buns. If you do not like black beans you can use eat lentils or textured vegetable protein. Serving Size: 4
