Ingredients

4 link (4 per 12 oz package) Bratwurst
2 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
2 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
16 oz Shrimp, raw
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
0.5 tsp Morton's Lite Salt
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
0.5 tsp Pepper, black
0.5 tsp Oregano, ground
1 tsp Paprika
.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (by TORI7HARRISON)
1 cup, sliced Summer Squash
Directions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cool the bratwurst until done and lightly browned. Remove from the skillet and slice to desired thickness.
Add the coconut oil and onion to your large skillet. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally. Add the bell pepper and broccoli, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the yellow squash and sliced brats, cook for 2 minutes.
Increase the heat to medium-high and add the shrimp, apple cider vinegar, and all seasonings. Stir until everything is well combined, then cover and let cook for 2 minutes. Stir, reduce heat to simmer, and cook until the shrimp is done.
