    0.25 cup Manitoba Harvest hemp hearts
    3 tbsp chia seeds
    9 fl oz Water, tap
    3 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
    3 cup best for bread homestyle white flour
    1 serving potassium for 3 cups bread flour
    1.23 tsp sea salt
    1 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Yeast, Fleischmann's, bread machine
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)

Directions

add ingredients to bread machine. Select 1.5 lb, light crust, white.

Serving Size: makes a 1.5+ pound loaf, about 12 slices
