3 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil
3 cup best for bread homestyle white flour
1 serving potassium for 3 cups bread flour
1.23 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Yeast, Fleischmann's, bread machine
2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
