    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3/4 cups Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1/4 cup Jif creamy peanut butter
    1/2 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds organic raw shelled
    1 tbsp Nutella
    1/4 cup almond flour
