Ingredients

1 cup Granulated Sugar
.5 cup Butter, salted
2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk
1.5 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 serving Almond Extract (1 teaspoon) (by TRACYAGRACE)
Tips
add 1/2 to 1 tsp cardamom if desired
Directions
In mixer, cream sugar with the butter.
Beat in eggs until mixture is light and very light yellow.
Alternately beat in flour and milk (beginning and ending with flour) until blended and smooth.
Cook on Krumkake iron, about 15 second, then flip & cook for 35-45 seconds.
Serving Size: Makes about 50 Cookies
