1/4 cup Xylitol
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/2cup, mashed Banana
1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
3 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1/3 cup Enjoy Life Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line muffin tins
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients
Mix wet ingredients into dry and stir just until moistened.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon into lined muffin cups, filling each cup.
Bake for 20-25 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
