Ingredients

    4 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 0.5 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Rosemary 1 oz Honey Powder (by TONYAJOY)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Wash and peel sweet potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces. Put in medium bowl. Melt butter in measuring cup. Add honey powder and stir. Pour over sweet potato chunks and stir until evenly coated. Spray baking dish with oil. Arrange sweet potatoes in the bottom. Top with pineapple chunks (no juice) and rosemary. Bake at 375 F for about 35-40 minutes or to desired doneness.

Serving Size: Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
