Home-made Meatloaf Home-made Meatloaf
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    18.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    10.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 tsp Garlic
74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
1.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 dash Salt
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

Chop your onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl by hand. I like to split my meatloaf into 2 small disposable bread tins, you can use a traditional meatloaf pan but I like all the flavor to stay in the pan and then pull the excess fat/oil off the top when I pull it out if the oven. But each his own. Once in the two pans I put in oven at 375 for one hour or until it reaches a nice done look. I pull it out drain the excess fat/oil. If your not on a strict diet like me you can put that in a sauce pan and create a gravy or rue to pour over the Meatloaf. But I can't eating low carb. I pull them out let stand, may even put in fridge for a bit. When your ready to eat, pull it out slice it all into 8 piece's. (4 from each pan) Take a slice or two and place in a nonstick skillet and fry to your desired outter crust. I like mine with a little crust. Serve
