Ingredients

    48 oz Chicken -Boneless, skinless chicken thigh (by JUSTKLH) 1.5 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato 5 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup 1.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 3 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 2 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Chili powder

Directions

Dice all the veggies. Peel and dice the sweet potato. Throw everything into the Instant Pot or a pressure cooker. Press the soup/broth option and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Let it naturally release for 10 minutes and then do a quick release. Shred the chicken and enjoy.
