    0.5 tbsp coconut flour
    20.0 gram Body Lab Tasty Shake Complete Whey Protein Complex
    2.0 tbsp Butter, salted
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder
    1.0 tbsp Half and Half Cream
    0.5 tsp Salt

Directions

Soften butter, mix dry, add wet, cook on griddle. Add water if too thick, 1tbs at a time.
