Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large Egg Yolk
    1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    2/3 cup Butter, salted
    1/4 t. serving Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
    1 t. Lemon juice

Tips

Refrigerate any extra. You will need to remove it from the refrigerator about an hour before using once stored.


Directions

Melt butter. Mix yolk and mustard. Pour butter in thin stream into yolk and mustard mixture while whisking until it thickens. Add lemon juice.

Serving Size: 6 servings 1 T. each
