Ingredients

Combine:
4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 C. Heavy Whipping Cream, Countryside Creamery (Aldi)
4 Large Golden Hen Eggs Aldi
1 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Oregano, ground
Combine:
1 1/4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, grated
2 oz Asiago Cheese, grated
2 oz Romano Cheese, grated
My toppings:
6 serving Pepperoni, Momma Cozzi's
12 serving cheese, provolone, sliced, Happy Farms, 1 slice
1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
My Sauce:
10.75 oz can Tomato Sauce
1.5 tsp Monkfruit Sweetener Classic White (by PAMRICH5)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
1/4 tsp Oregano, ground
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tbsp Basil
1/8 tsp Thyme, ground
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
Tips
You can use any mix of grated cheeses you like. At times I use the mixed (4, 5 or 6) Italian cheeses instead of the mozzarella. I have included my toppings and sauce in this calculation. If you change it be sure to recalculate for yourself. Enjoy :)
Directions
Line a 13 x 9 baking dish with parchment paper. (Be sure to trim down because you will broil this at the end.) Cover the bottom of the baking dish with the grated cheese mix. Pour the first mix over the grated cheese.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Remove and allow to cool about 15 minutes then whatever toppings you wish. I make my own sauce, to avoid the sugar in commercial brands. I also pre-brown the pepperoni and place it on top all the toppings -- Prefer it crisp. Broil on high until cheese is melted and browned to your liking.
Serving Size: 13 x 9 Casserole cut into 8 pieces
