Introduction

Ingredients

    11 oz Deli Sliced Roast Beef, chopped
    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free 1 to 1 Baking Flour
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    2 cup beef bone broth

Directions

Melt the butter. Stir in the meat and cook a minute. Stir in the flour and stir to coat all the meat. Gradually add the liquid a half cup at a time, stirring until thickened.

Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 cup servings
