Ingredients

    chicken diced
    milk, non fat
    egg yolk
    frozen peas
    mushroom
    Zucchini
    spices
    olive oil

Directions

cook pasta as instructions on the box. (if using spagetti cut in small pieces when cooked and drained)

dice chicken filets and season them well with whatever you like (salt, peper, garlic, thyme, sage, basil, rosemary) and mix with olive oil

Heat a non stick frying pan and stir in the chicken.

after a while stir in the diced zucchini, mushrooms and peas.

meanwhile, in a bowl mix the milk and egg yolk. Season well! with black peper and garlicpowder.

When the meat and vegetables are cooked mix in the pasta and stir for a while.

Turn off the heat and mix in the milk.

Keep stiring untill the eggyolk starts to work and makes your sauce thicker.

You can serve this with some parmesan cheese!
