Ingredients

    3.0 tsp Garlic powder
    0.25 cup Sesame Oil
    4.0 tbsp Oyster Sauce
    236.0 Grams Carrots, raw
    139.0 Grams Celery, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup Mushrooms, canned
    4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4.0 tbsp China Lily Soya Sauce
    28.0 gram(s) Knorr Onion Soup Mix per entire 28g package
    400.0 gram(s) Uncle Ben's Converted Long Grain Rice per 30g dry serving

Directions

Combine uncle bens converted rice in a large casserole dish with a lid. Mix in water, oil, canned mushrooms including liquid, sauces, spices, and minced onion. Bake in a 350 preheated oven for 30min. Take out and stir, and add any desired vegetables at this time. Cover and place back in oven for 30 - 45 additional minutes. Serving Size: 8 generous portions
