    0.5 large Onions, raw
    2 tomato Red Ripe Tomatoes
    151 gram(s) Tesco Chestnut Mushrooms (by SLIPPYMARK)
    5 grams Butter, salted
    699 grams Haddock (fish)
    1 serving Pure Organic Full Fat Milk 100ml (by MITCHY9)
    28 grams Butter, salted
    28 g Plain white flour (UK)
    227 gram(s) Sainsbury reduced fat mature cheddar (by TANTA1)

Directions

Poach the fish in the milk then drain, reserving the milk. Melt 5g butter in frying pan and fry the chopped onions, mushrooms and tomatoes quite hard until soft and mushy. Stir in the poached fish. Make cheese sauce with the rest of the ingredients, mix into fish and veg. Transfer to oven proof dish and bake in moderately hot oven for half an hour
