Introduction

Ingredients

    0.25 cup *lentils, great value dried
    0.25 cup Kroger Chick Peas (canned)
    0.06 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.5 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil

Tips

Add any rewarded spice or stock cube for flavour.


Directions

Soak lentils overnight and cook until soft. Drain and mash with chick peas. Combine with flour and 1/2 tspn oil and form 4 balls. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Flatten to desired thickness and fry in remainder of oil.
