Ingredients

    , 6 cups Tomato Sauce
    0.5 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    3 clove Garlic, minced
    4 tbsp Basil, fresh and minced
    3 tsp Oregano, fresh and minced
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    .25 cup Parsley, fresh and minced

Tips

Adjust herbs and seasoning as desired. Sauce can be thinned with white wine, water, or stock as desired.


Directions

1. Sautee vegetables in olive oil.
2. Add sauce, paste, seasonings, and herbs, stir well.
3. Simmer on low for 30-60 minutes or longer, stir frequently and adjust seasonings as needed
