Ingredients

    0.12 tsp Pepper, black
    0.25 tsp Salt
    4.0 clove Garlic
    3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    6.0 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon

Directions

Remove stems and tear up kale Par boil the kale in salted boiling water for 4-6 minutes until tender but firm Heat EVOO in a large skillet over medium heat Add garlic and any spices you might wish to add and sautee until fragrant. (1 min) Add kale; season generously with coarse salt and ground pepper. Cook, stirring often, until wilted and tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice; toss to combine. Serve immediately. Serving Size: Makes approximately 6 1/2 cup service
