    16 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw - room temp
    2 tbsp Alessi White Balsamic Vinegar
    1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
    2 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)

Tips

A room temperature egg is a must for this mayo.
I blend using an immersion blender. Starting at the bottom of the jar and slowly blending out.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in a wide mouth jar with an immersion blender.
