Introduction

Refreshing dessert for those hot and humid days! Refreshing dessert for those hot and humid days!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 cup, diced Watermelon
    .5 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
    2 tsp Ginger Root

Tips

After I puree the watermelon, I run it through a sieve to catch some of the pulp and seeds.


Directions

Puree 6 Cups cubed seedless watermelon in a blender with sugar, lime juice, and grated ginger root until smooth. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish, cover with plastic wrap and freeze, scraping with a fork every hour until fluffy, 5 to 7 hours.
