Ingredients
-
2 medium egg yokes(room temperature)
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
3 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
1 clove Garlic, minced
150 milliliters Extra Virgin Olive Oil
150 milliliters of organic Avocado Oil
Tips
Ingredients are easier to blend at room temperature. I am trying to stay away from unhealthy inflammation causing oils, which is why I am so excited to find this recipe and share it!
Directions
Ingredients should be room temperature.. easier to blend.
Add all ingredients, except the oils, to a bowl.
Use a hand blender to mix these ingredients, about 30 seconds on high.
Then, lower speed, and slowly pour in the oils.
It takes about a minute to add the oils.
The mayo will thicken quite quickly as the oil incorporates.
It will last in the frig for about 2 weeks.
