    13.0 oz Beef, Ground Round, crumbles, cooked, pan-browned, 85% lean meat / 15% fat,
    56.0 gram Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp (by Pandorass)
    336.0 gram Skinner Medium Shells Pasta, 1 serving = 2 oz (56g) 2/3 cup
    4.0 tbsp Salt, Pepper, Onion powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley
    1.0 serving Kitchen Bouquet

Directions

Brown meat with seasonings and onions...add stuff to make it cream like sour cream and Margarine...cook pasta seperate, drain, add to meat and sauce, fold all together simmer lightly...add any extra seasonings it might need, onion, parsley,etc... Mangia!!! Serving Size: About 7 servings @ 3 - 4 oz.
