Introduction

A delicious slow cooked beef for sandwiches or tacos A delicious slow cooked beef for sandwiches or tacos
Number of Servings: 26

Ingredients

58.4 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast
28 tbsp Kraft BBQ sauce - Brown Sugar (Entire bottle is 28 tbsp)

Tips

Any variety of bbq, even homemade, may be used, instead of the one I used, or no sauce at all. It’s a matter of personal taste.

Directions

Place a 3.5 pound beef chuck roast into the bottom of your crockpot and turn on LOW for about 10 hours. At end of cook time take a turkey baster or large spoon and suction off as much of the fatty greases that has formed around the meat, then take a fork and spread the meat in the crockpot, and finally add the entire bottle of bbq sauce and stir to mix well. My crockpot has a warm setting when done cooking which keeps the beef very ready for eating all day.

Serving Size: Makes about 26 two ounce servings of tender beef
