Ingredients

    2 cans (14 oz.) tomatoes with green chilis, drained
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    handful of cilantro leaves
    dash of lime juice (1/4 tsp.)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt & pepper to taste
    sugar if too acidic for your taste

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse until chopped and mixed.


Makes 14 servings (1/2 c. each).

    Woo HOO!!! That has a nice kick to it!!! And tastes so fresh! I was a little weary of the tomatoes coming from a can, but I couldn't even tell! Really nice combination!! I plan to make it often :) - 5/2/11
