Ingredients
-
14.4 oz Pork - No Name Boneless Pork Loin Chops
1.81 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
1 medium Carrots, raw
.25 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
.20 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Cumin seed
1 tsp Himala Salt - Pink Sea Salt (by DASANI4ME)
.5 tsp Pepper, black
2 tsp chilli pepper or crushed pepper (by JUMANA77)
Directions
chop all the veggies and meat into bite size pieces, throw everything into the crock pot and cook for 8 hours on low.
I just used whatever I had on hand. you could use ground beef, cut up beef, pork, chicken etc. if using a ground meat I like to cook those before putting them in the crock-pot so they don't come out in a big clump.. otherwise toss in the bite size pieces raw. add whatever veggies you like and have on hand at the time. Add a couple cans of beans to make it even better! since I am on whole 30 beans are not allowed.
Serving Size: makes about 4 servings
Number of Servings: 4
