Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz Calf's Liver (by NICOLASZ)
    4 tbsp Butter - Country Crock plus Calcium
    1 small Onions, raw
    .33 cup Milk, 1%
    3 tsp Garlic Minced (1tsp) -Derlea (by TKNARR)
    1 tsp Rosemary, dried
    1 tsp Thyme, dried (by JANYTOO)

Tips

Pate freezes well so feel free to make a larger batch!


Directions

1. Heat a skillet over medium high heat
2. Add butter, onions, and garlic and saute until onions are translucent
3. Add sliced, deveined calf liver to the pan and cook appx 3min per side
4. Remove liver and chop into 1/2in pieces
5. Add all the butter and onions from the pan into a food processor with the liver and the milk
6. Puree until smooth, stopping every 20sec to stir the mixture
7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to let it thicken
