Ingredients

    10 oz Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g)
    .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Parsley, dried
    1 tbsp Celery seed
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    .33 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

I wasn't expecting to have to put the directions here - I was just trying to use the calculator part...

Bake your salmon patties using the seasoning you see below (400 degree oven for approximately 10-12 minutes).

Saute your peppers and onions and set aside. Flake your salmon and add the pepper/onion mix along with the breadcrumbs and eggs.

Form into small patties and fry for another 3-5 minutes each side to cook the egg portion that was added.
