Ingredients

2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
8 oz Cream Cheese
.5 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
.5 cup Sour Cream
.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 tbsp Kirkland Crumbled Bacon Bits
1 serving Jalapeno Pepper Slices, Pickled - 15 (by DEBINAROS)
.5 tsp Garlic powder
.5 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 tbsp Kirkland Crumbled Bacon Bits
.5 serving Jalapeno Pepper Slices, Pickled - 15 (by DEBINAROS)
Tips
I use pickled jalapeno slices and don't seed them. you may seed if you want.
Directions
Precook the chicken.
1. Combine the cream cheese, mayo sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, 1/2 cup bacon crumbles, 1/2 cup jalapeno pepper, diced. garlic powder and salt. Add the cooked chicken.
2. Put into a greased casserole dish. Top with the reseved cheddar, bacon and sliced jalapeno.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Serve
