Ingredients

    1 cup brown lentils (by GRAYANDGREAT)
    0.5 cup Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced Tomato
    8 cup Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock (by IAMDIOSA)
    2 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 large Onions, raw
    2 cup, chopped Kale

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot except for kale and stir. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours on low or until veggies are softened. Add the kale and cook an additional 15 minutes or until desired tenderness.
