Ingredients

    16 oz Beef, top sirloin
    5 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    16 oz Shrimp, raw
    8 oz Surimi (Fake Crab Meat) (by DIOVANY79)
    4 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded
    226 gram(s) Ty Ling Stir Fry Chinese Mixed Vegetables
    200 gram(s) Polar Bean Sprouts (by RELOUDEN)
    1 serving Polar Sliced Water Chestnut (1 can) [SOGDOC6] (by SOGDOC6)
    1 cup Snow Peas, fresh
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    8 clove Garlic
    5 tsp Ginger Root
    .5 cup Soy Sauce
    24 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
    8 tbsp Eden Mirin-rice cooking wine (by LEENIEB)
    8 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
    .5 cup Lemon Juice
    2 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
    4 clove Garlic
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
    3 tbsp Soy Sauce

Tips

This is a great meal prep recipe to eat all week long plus save some in the freezer.


Directions

"Velvet" the beef, chicken, shrimp and surimi. (google it)

in a small bowl combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice 1/2 cup onions, 8 cloves of garlic, ginger root, rice cooking wine. Set aside.

Add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 4 tbsp sesame oil, 1/4 cup diced onions and 4 cloves of garlic to wok on high temp. Add beef, chicken, and stir fry for about 4 miniutes, add mushrooms. Stir fry until mushrooms begin to reduce in size, add shrimp. Stir fry about another 1 minute ish and remove to plates.

add8 tbsp sesame oil and soy sauce to wok on high heat. Add carrots, broccoli and bok choy. Stir fry until bok choy wilts. Add the rest of the veggies and sauce mixture. Stir fry about another 5 minutes. Veggies should be softened but still crisp. Return the beef, chicken and shrimp to the wok and add the surimi. Stir fry another 3 minutes or until everything is heated through. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
