Using drippings begin softening the chilis and opinion, again add S&P. Remove from pan. Brown sausage in same drippings on both sides. Remove from pan. Do the same with cabbage, remove from pan. Place the block of cream cheese in the pan with the cheddar cheese, still in the drippings, to make the sauce. Once it's nice and melty, add all other ingredients back in and stir to coat. Enjoy!
