2 cup Mashed Potatoes
128 grams Sour cream, light
0.5 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar

Directions
First brown ground chicken
Take Microwave Safe Dish (9x9)
Place 2 cups Mash potatoes in dish that has been sprayed with Canola OIl. Spread Potatoes evenly across dis.
On top of potatoes place Frozen Green Beans.
On top of Green Beans, Place ground chicken
On top of ground chicken 2 cups of sour cream, then sprinkle cheddar cheese across dish.
Place clear wrap on dish to cover while cooking.
Place in microwave for 25 minutes on level 5/6.
Let set for 3 or 4 minutes before removing clear wrap.
