Ingredients

    0.50 cup, mashed Pumpkin, cooked
    2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp)
    1 serving Duncan Hines, Perfect Size for 1, Corn Muffin
    15 berries Blueberries, fresh

Directions

Mix flax seed into muffin mix, then add pumpkin. If needed for consistency, add up to 3 tablespoons of cold water. Blend well.

Put 3 blueberries in each silicone muffin cup, then divide the mix evenly over the fruit.

Microwave for 2-3 minutes, depending on your microwave.
