Ingredients

1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
12 serving Egg white, large
7 serving Hormel Thick Cut Bacon (2 slices)
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella
2 oz Parmesan Cheese, hard
5 serving Johnsonville Breakfast Sausages - 3 links
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Tips
You can make this and eat it for any meal.
Directions
Grease baking dish.
Cook bacon in pan. Remove from pan when cooked.
Cook onion in bacon grease. Remove when finished cooking.
Cut up breakfast sausages into small pieces and cover the bottom of glass pan,
Then add parmesan cheese, mozzarella, bacon, and spinach.
Then pour in egg mixture and cover with baking foil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes (or more depending on oven and size of dish.
