Ingredients

    1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 cup Squash - Yellow, shredded
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    4.0 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce
    0.25 tsp Salt
    1.0 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 70 min. Let cool and slice.
