Ingredients

    454 gram(s) Chicken - Extra Lean Ground chicken
    4 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans
    2 tbsp McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning(Lower Sodium) (by MOMOFONE87)
    1 cup Organic Tomato Sauce, low sodium
    1 serving Cheese Kraft 2% Milk Shredded Colby Jack Cheese 80 ncalorie 1/4 c

Tips

The Taco seasoned chicken can be added to a fresh lettuce & tomato salad, or use in a low carb tortilla


Directions

Brown ground chicken in microwave safe dish, on level 4 for 15 minutes, stir at 10 minutes, then cook for 5 more.
Add beans, seasoning, and sauce to the cooked ground chicken, cook for 3 minutes on level one, to combine flavors, and cook beans.
At the end stir in cheese, then serve.
