Ingredients

    2 tbsp La Victoria Green Chile Salsa, Mild
    0.25 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw
    2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Beans, black
    0.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain

Tips

Can use multigrain rice or quinoa instead of brown rice.


Directions

1. Chop red onions (optional)
2. Prepare rice according to package, or use pre-cooked rice.
3. Place all ingredients except matchstick carrots in microwave-safe portable container.
4. Microwave.
5. Place matchstick carrots on top.
6. Enjoy!
