Ingredients

    114 grams cooked, chopped bacon, well drained
    100 grams crumbled blue cheese
    530 grams drained, canned lentils, rinsed
    2 small chooped carrots
    1 big chopped shallot or small onion
    3 TBL chopped chives
    1 TBLSP oil
    1 TBLSP water
    1TBLSP balsamic vinegar
    1 TBLSP wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp dijon mustard

Directions

Makes 4 big servings
Combine all ingredients and toss gently.
Combine all liquid ingredients and emlusify with a fork to make a thin dressing. Toss together and chill
