Ingredients

    1 c. fat-free milk
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    1-1/2 c. fresh or frozen strawberries
    1/2 c. canned pineapple chucks
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    4 ice cubes
    2 tbs. sugar

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until smooth. Stir if necessary. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
